If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return the purchased products within seven (7) days from the date on which you received your order by PRET-A-BEAUTE. Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing customerservice@pret-a-beaute.com.
All shipping costs for returns, other than those concerning faulty items and/or items sent by mistake, will be at your own expense. PRET-A-BEAUTE will cover all shipping expenses for faulty items and items sent by mistake.
